Description

Deliciously fluffy garlic Parmesan rolls that are perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. Whisk them well until combined.
  3. Pour in the milk and melted butter, stirring gently until just combined. Be careful not to over-mix; a few lumps are perfectly fine.
  4. Use a spoon or your hands to scoop out portions of dough and shape them into small balls (about the size of a golf ball).
  5. Arrange the formed dough balls on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet, giving them a little room to rise.
  6. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the rolls.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. After taking them out of the oven, brush some melted butter over the top of the rolls. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
