Description

A warm and gooey baked brie topped with sweet cherry jam, crunchy pistachios, and a touch of honey, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 500 g (16 oz) round brie cheese
  • 1/3 cup cherry jam
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Flaky sea salt, a pinch for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread cherry jam evenly over the top of the brie.
  4. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and dust lightly with cinnamon.
  5. Drizzle honey over the top for a glossy finish.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty but not burst.
  7. Let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
