- 500 g (16 oz) round brie cheese
- 1/3 cup cherry jam
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Flaky sea salt, a pinch for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the brie on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread cherry jam evenly over the top of the brie.
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and dust lightly with cinnamon.
- Drizzle honey over the top for a glossy finish.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the brie is soft and melty but not burst.
- Let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
- Top with a pinch of flaky sea salt and serve warm with crackers or baguette slices.
