- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup warm milk (110°F)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for brushing)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Gradually add warm milk and melted butter; stir until a dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and minced garlic. Roll tightly into a log and cut into 12 equal pieces.
- Arrange rolls in a greased baking dish; cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake rolls for 15-17 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush melted butter over hot rolls and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- For best flavor, use fresh garlic and high-quality mozzarella cheese.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before brushing with butter for a richer taste.
