Delicious and easy cookies made with chocolate cake mix.
Ingredients

- 2 Eggs (Large, Room temperature)
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 1 box Devil’s food cake mix (Or chocolate cake mix, 15 oz. box)
- 1/4 tsp Baking powder
- 1 cup Powdered sugar (For rolling cookie dough balls)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add eggs, oil and mix until smooth.
- Add cake mix, baking powder and mix until combined.
- Cover bowl with saran wrap and chill cookie dough in the fridge for 15-20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Scoop out small portions of the cookie dough and roll them into small balls.
- Roll these cookie balls in a bowl of powdered sugar.
- Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are firm but center is slightly soft.
Notes
- Make sure the eggs are at room temperature for best results.
- Chilling the dough makes it easier to handle and shape.
- Store leftover cookies in an airtight container.
