Description

Delicious and easy-to-make cranberry brie bites perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube (8 oz) Pillsbury Crescent Dough Sheet
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce or jelly
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉. Spray a 24-cup mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Lay out the crescent dough sheet onto a cutting board. Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the dough sheet into 24 squares. Press one square into each of the mini muffin tins to form a cup.
  3. Cut the brie into 1/2-inch cubes (24 of them) and place one cube in each crescent cup.
  4. Top each piece of brie cheese with 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce and sprinkle some chopped pecans on top.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let them cool for a couple of minutes, or until you can easily handle them and lift them out of the pan, and then serve the cranberry brie bites warm.

Notes

  • These bites are best served warm.
  • Feel free to substitute pecans with walnuts or almonds for a different flavor.
