Ingredients
- 300g pasta (penne or macaroni)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions

Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

Add the cooked pasta to the creamy sauce and toss until well coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the pasta to soak up the flavors.

- For a thicker sauce, let it simmer slightly longer before adding the pasta.
