- 8 slices bacon

- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Cheese: Cut the mozzarella sticks into bite-sized pieces.
- Wrap with Bacon: Cut bacon slices in half. Wrap each cheese piece with a half slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Seasoning: Optionally sprinkle black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika over the wrapped cheese bites for extra flavor.
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Bake the Bites: Place the bacon-wrapped cheese bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Optionally drizzle a little olive oil over the bites for additional crispiness. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Allow to cool slightly and serve warm.
