Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken:
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Dredging Process:
- Set up a dredging station: one plate with flour, one bowl with beaten eggs, and one plate with breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Cook the Chicken:

- Cook the Pasta:
- Boil fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Alfredo Sauce:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Combine and Serve:
- Toss the cooked pasta in the Alfredo sauce until well coated.
- Plate the pasta and top with sliced crispy chicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
