Description

A creamy and delicious spinach artichoke dip made in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 18 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 28 oz quartered artichoke hearts, drained (2 14-oz cans)
  • 16 oz cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a 4 quart slow cooker, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and milk. Carefully stir to combine, as the slow cooker will be very full. Season with pepper.
  2. Place the lid on the slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours, or until all the cheeses are melted. Stir to make sure that all of the ingredients are combined.
  3. Serve with chips, crackers, or sliced baguette.

Notes

  • This dip can be made ahead of time and reheated.
