- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 4 oz cream cheese (plain or flavored)
- 1 cup crunchy dill pickles (sliced)
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (dill or parsley)
- 1 tbsp spicy brown mustard
Instructions
- Gather all ingredients on a clean countertop.
- Spread cream cheese generously on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer sliced pickles on top of the cream cheese; don’t hold back!
- Sprinkle fresh herbs over the pickles and drizzle with mustard to taste.
- Top with the second slice of bread, cream cheese side down, and press gently.
- Slice diagonally into quarters for an appealing presentation.
