A hearty and creamy Chicken Alfredo Bake that’s perfect for a family dinner.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with oil or cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, frozen peas, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Using rotisserie chicken can save time on prep.
- You can use either store-bought or homemade Alfredo sauce.
