Description

A refreshing homemade lemonade perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3/4 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (About 4 Large Lemons)
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Zest (About 2 Large Lemons)
  • 2/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Cup Cold Water
  • 45 Cups Ice

Instructions

  1. Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and water to a blender. Blend for about 15-20 seconds to help dissolve the sugar.
  2. Add the ice and blend on high until thick and slushy.
  3. Check the consistency, add a splash of water if it’s too thick or a handful of ice if you want it thicker.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to taste.
  • You can also garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves for extra flair.
