A refreshing homemade lemonade perfect for hot days.
Ingredients

- 3/4 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (About 4 Large Lemons)
- 2 Tbsp Lemon Zest (About 2 Large Lemons)
- 2/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Cold Water
- 4–5 Cups Ice
Instructions
- Add the lemon juice, lemon zest, sugar, and water to a blender. Blend for about 15-20 seconds to help dissolve the sugar.
- Add the ice and blend on high until thick and slushy.
- Check the consistency, add a splash of water if it’s too thick or a handful of ice if you want it thicker.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar according to taste.
- You can also garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves for extra flair.
