Delicious homemade Rice Krispies treats with warm spices.
Ingredients

- 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 10 oz marshmallows
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground nutmeg
- ½ tsp ground cloves
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: white chocolate or icing for drizzling
Instructions
- Prep Pan: Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
- Melt Butter & Marshmallows: In a large saucepan over low heat, melt butter. Add marshmallows and stir until smooth and fully melted.
- Add Spices: Stir in ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, salt, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- Combine with Cereal: Remove from heat and fold in Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated.
- Press into Pan: Transfer mixture to prepared pan. Use a buttered spatula or parchment paper to press evenly.
- Cool & Cut: Let cool for 30 minutes. Cut into squares.
- Optional Decoration: Drizzle with melted white chocolate or decorate with icing for a festive touch.

- Store in an airtight container for freshness.
- These treats may become hard if left out too long, so enjoy them fresh!
