This creamy chicken pasta is an irresistible dish made with tender chicken, garlic, and a rich sauce.

- 1 lbs chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
- 3 cloves garlic (fresh and minced)
- 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth (low-sodium)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 2 tsp Italian herbs (dried (oregano and basil))
- To taste salt
- To taste pepper
- As needed olive oil (for sautéing)
Instructions
- Fill a pot with water and add salt. Bring it to a rolling boil, then cook 8 oz of pasta until al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season 1 lbs of chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sauté until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and let it rest.
- In the same skillet, toss in 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in 1 cup of chicken broth, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in 1 cup of heavy cream, 2 tsp of dried Italian herbs, and additional salt and pepper to taste. Let the sauce bubble and thicken for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add 1 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese to the sauce, stirring until it’s completely melted and creamy. Return the sliced chicken and the cooked pasta to the skillet.
- Gently toss everything together until the pasta and chicken are well coated in the luscious sauce. Adjust seasonings if necessary, then serve hot!

- This dish can be garnished with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs for extra flavor.
