- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and mozzarella blend)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Fresh herbs (optional, such as thyme or parsley)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Slice the russet potatoes into thin rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Layer potato slices in the muffin tin, alternating with cheese and drizzling seasoned cream between layers until filled.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
