Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Slice the russet potatoes into thin rounds using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  3. In a bowl, mix heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Layer potato slices in the muffin tin, alternating with cheese and drizzling seasoned cream between layers until filled.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
