- 1 package (17 oz) puff pastry sheets, thawed
- 8 oz creamy brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 cup cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp water (for egg wash)
- Fresh rosemary or thyme (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
- Place a piece of brie in the center of each square and top with cranberry sauce.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal tightly.
- Brush each bite with egg wash for a golden finish.
- Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden.
