Description

Deliciously sweet and savory bites made with fresh figs and creamy goat cheese, wrapped in flaky puff pastry.


Ingredients

  • 8 fresh figs, halved
  • 4 oz creamy goat cheese
  • 1 sheet store-bought puff pastry (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into 3-inch squares.
  3. Place the pastry squares on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of goat cheese on each square.
  5. Top with fig halves, cut-side up.
  6. Drizzle honey over the figs and sprinkle with thyme.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
