Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped apples, maple syrup, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Roll out pie crusts on a floured surface; cut into 4-inch circles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each circle.
