  • 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Make the Dough: In a mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  3. Combine Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just incorporated.
  4. Shape the Cookies: Roll the dough into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each ball.
  5. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden. Let them cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
