Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 cups blueberries
- 6 oz cream cheese, cubed
- 2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- Whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- Fold in blueberries.
- Pour half mixture into dish; add cream cheese cubes.
- Top with remaining mixture and drizzle butter.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden.
- Cool slightly and serve.
