Ingredients

  • Zest of 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups blueberries
  • 6 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • 2 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Whisk milk, eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  3. Stir in oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Fold in blueberries.
  5. Pour half mixture into dish; add cream cheese cubes.
  6. Top with remaining mixture and drizzle butter.
  7. Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden.
  8. Cool slightly and serve.
