- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cooked beef chunks
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup sour cream

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare Potatoes: Wash the potatoes thoroughly and pat dry. Rub them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Prick each potato with a fork several times.
- Bake Potatoes: Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until tender.
- Cook Bacon: While the potatoes are baking, cook the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble, then set aside.
- Prepare Beef: In the same pan, add the cooked beef chunks and warm them up. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder if desired.
- Assemble Toppings: Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven. Let cool for a few minutes before handling. Slice each potato open and fluff the insides with a fork. Add a small amount of butter.
- Add Cheese and Beef: Sprinkle a generous amount of cheddar cheese inside each potato, followed by the warm beef chunks. The heat from the potatoes will melt the cheese slightly.
- Top with Bacon and Sour Cream: Add crumbled bacon on top, followed by a dollop of sour cream. Sprinkle with chopped green onions for a fresh finish.
