Description

Delicious cheese spread baked on Triscuit crackers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon minced, dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 32 Triscuit crackers

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, stir together the mayo, parmesan, sour cream, dried onion, Tabasco, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 3 days.
  2. Set an oven rack to the upper position and line a baking sheet with foil.
  3. Spread a layer of the cheese mixture onto 1/3 of the crackers, completely covering the tops of the crackers, and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Broil until bubbly and brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Let cool for a few short minutes, then serve warm. Repeat as needed. Extra spread can be covered and refrigerated. Use within 3 days.
