- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 16 oz whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Crust: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter. Press half of this mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add powdered sugar and mix until well combined. Fold in half of the whipped topping until smooth. Spread half of this mixture over the Oreo crust.
- Add the Cherry Layer: Gently spread the cherry pie filling evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Add Remaining Layers: Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the cherry layer. Sprinkle the remaining Oreo mixture over the cream cheese layer. Top it off with the rest of the whipped topping for the final layer.
- Chill the Dessert: Cover and refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or until set.
