Instructions
- Prepare the Oreo Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
- Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
- Make the Cheesecake Layer:
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until combined.
- Mix in the eggs one at a time.
- Fold in the sour cream and heavy cream.
- Stir in the chopped Oreo cookies.
- Pour the mixture over the cooled crust.

- In a bowl, sift together the flour and cocoa powder.
- In another bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Mix in the vanilla extract.

- Mix baking soda with vinegar, then fold into the batter.
