  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • Topping: Crumbled Oreo cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Oreo Crust:
    1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
    2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
    3. Mix the crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
    4. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
    5. Bake for 10 minutes. Let it cool.
  2. Make the Cheesecake Layer:
    1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
    2. Add sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until combined.
    3. Mix in the eggs one at a time.
    4. Fold in the sour cream and heavy cream.
