Instructions

  1. Wash and slice the cabbage into thin strips.
  2. Peel and cube the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Dice the onion finely.
  4. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter until bubbling.
  5. Add the cubed potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Stir in the diced onion and cook for an additional 5 minutes until translucent.
  7. Add the sliced cabbage and any optional seasonings.
  8. Stir until the cabbage wilts down, about 8-10 minutes.
