  • 1 cup mini peanut butter cups, chopped
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips, melted (for drizzling)
  • Optional crushed peanuts or toffee bits, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chocolate cookie crust by pressing it into a 9-inch pie dish if making from scratch. Chill while preparing the filling.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add the creamy peanut butter and mix until fully combined and creamy.
  4. Gradually beat in the powdered sugar until smooth and thick.
  5. Gently fold in the whipped topping with a spatula, careful not to deflate the mixture.
