Description
A delicious and healthy stir-fry featuring lean ground turkey and fresh snap peas.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground turkey (lean)
- 2 cups snap peas (trimmed)
- 1 medium onion (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
- 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
- 1 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in snap peas, soy sauce, sriracha, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until snap peas are tender-crisp.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional sriracha if desired.
Notes
- For a spicier dish, add more sriracha
- Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal
