Description

A delicious and healthy stir-fry featuring lean ground turkey and fresh snap peas.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey (lean)
  • 2 cups snap peas (trimmed)
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (low sodium)
  • 1 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tsp ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1 tsp black pepper (freshly ground)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
  4. Add ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Stir in snap peas, soy sauce, sriracha, and black pepper. Cook for another 3-5 minutes until snap peas are tender-crisp.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional sriracha if desired.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add more sriracha
