- 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
- 1 cup fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- ½ cup cream cheese (softened)
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg (beaten for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- Evenly spread the filling over the pastry and roll tightly into a log.
- Slice the log into 1-inch pieces.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
Notes
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and frozen before baking. Just extend the baking time if baking from frozen.
- Feel free to add additional seasonings or herbs to the filling for added flavor.
