Description

A delicious dessert that combines crispy taco shells with a creamy cheesecake filling and a crunchy strawberry topping.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 12 Golden Oreo cookies
  • ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 3 tbsp melted butter (for strawberry crunch)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut tortillas in half. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and drape over oven rack bars to form taco shapes.
  3. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Crush Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries, then mix with melted butter.
  7. Fill taco shells with cheesecake filling and dip or sprinkle with strawberry crunch.
  8. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
