A delicious dessert that combines crispy taco shells with a creamy cheesecake filling and a crunchy strawberry topping.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup heavy whipping cream
- 12 Golden Oreo cookies
- ½ cup freeze-dried strawberries
- 3 tbsp melted butter (for strawberry crunch)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut tortillas in half. Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and drape over oven rack bars to form taco shapes.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and crisp. Let cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
- Crush Golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries, then mix with melted butter.
- Fill taco shells with cheesecake filling and dip or sprinkle with strawberry crunch.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the taco shells are fully cooled before filling them to prevent the filling from melting.
- This recipe can be customized with different toppings like chocolate or different fruit crunches.
