Description

Delicious and easy ground turkey stuffing balls, perfect for a cozy meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 cups leftover stuffing (or gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, leftover stuffing, chicken broth, celery, onion, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. If using mozzarella cheese, fold it in gently.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
