Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 cups leftover stuffing (or gluten-free)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, leftover stuffing, chicken broth, celery, onion, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper. If using mozzarella cheese, fold it in gently.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Form the mixture into golf ball-sized balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Make sure to use gluten-free stuffing if needed.
- These can be served as appetizers or as a main dish.
