Description
Delicious chocolate cookies with white chocolate chips.
Ingredients

- 2 Eggs (Large, Room temperature)
- 1/3 cup Oil
- 1 box Chocolate cake mix (15 oz. box)
- 3/4 cup White chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add eggs and oil and mix until smooth.
- Add chocolate cake mix and mix until combined.
- Stir in white chocolate chips.
- Cover bowl and chill cookie dough in the fridge for 20 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Scoop out small portions of the dough and make little balls.
- Place them on a cookie tray, lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are firm but center is slightly soft.
- As soon as you remove cookies from the oven, push a few more chocolate chips on top of each cookie before they cool down, for a nicer appearance.
- Allow the cookies to cool down and enjoy!
Notes
- Chilling the dough helps in handling it better.
- Feel free to add more chocolate chips for extra flavor.
