Description
This delicious white chocolate gingerbread fudge combines the flavors of sweetened condensed milk, molasses, and warm spices for a delightful treat.

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup dark molasses
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground all-spice
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
- 7 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Prepare a 9×9 inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil. Grease and set aside. It is important that you make the gingerbread layer first because it won’t harden as fast as the vanilla layer.
- Add the white baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat for 1 minute, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth.
- Add the molasses and spices, stir to combine. Set aside while making the vanilla layer.

- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- Pour 1/2 of the vanilla fudge in the bottom of the prepared baking dish and spread into an even layer.
- Then pour the gingerbread layer over the top. Then add the remainder of the vanilla flavor in dollops over the gingerbread layer.
- Use a knife or toothpick to create a swirl pattern.
- Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to set for at least 4 hours.
- Lift the fudge from the baking dish by pulling up on the foil. Slice and enjoy!
