Ingredients

- ½ large Avocado
- ½ bunch Cilantro (see note)
- 3 tablespoons Lime Juice
- ½–1 Jalapeño (seeded)
- ½ Tomatillo
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Kosher Salt (or to taste)
- ¾ cup Water
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except the water in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Whisk in water, adding according to desired consistency.

- Adjust cilantro to taste, as some may find it overpowering.
