- 6 sheets filo pastry
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
- 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves
- 4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Layer three sheets of filo pastry on a clean surface, brushing each with melted butter. Cut into squares large enough to fit into the muffin tin cups.
- Gently press each square into the muffin tin, creating pastry cups.
- Fill each cup with pieces of brie cheese, add a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
