Delicious homemade Nutella bars perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 250 g Type 00 flour
- 8 g Leavener (lievito in polvere per dolci)
- pinch Salt
- 100 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 70 ml Neutral oil
- 140 g Nutella
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix flour, leavener, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, whisk together egg and neutral oil.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
- Spread half of the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
- Warm Nutella slightly if needed and spread over the batter layer.
- Top with the remaining batter, spreading carefully to cover the Nutella layer.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool completely before cutting into bars and serving.
Notes
- Make sure to line your baking pan well to avoid sticking.
- Allow bars to cool fully for easier cutting.
