Description

Delicious turkey pinwheels made with fresh ingredients, perfect for parties or quick snacks.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup pesto sauce
  • 8 oz deli turkey slices
  • 6 oz smoked provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • Toothpicks, for securing (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay a tortilla flat and spread 2 tbsp of pesto evenly over the surface.
  2. Layer turkey slices, provolone, and spinach on top.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 10 minutes.
  4. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Secure with toothpicks if desired.
  5. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
