- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup pesto sauce
- 8 oz deli turkey slices
- 6 oz smoked provolone cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- Toothpicks, for securing (optional)
Instructions
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread 2 tbsp of pesto evenly over the surface.
- Layer turkey slices, provolone, and spinach on top.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a log and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill for 10 minutes.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels. Secure with toothpicks if desired.
- Arrange on a platter and serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
- These pinwheels can be made a few hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
