Description

This delicious recipe features garlic Texas toast topped with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 box Garlic Texas Toast (8 slices)
  • 6 oz Pepperoni Slices
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese Slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Place garlic toast on a cookie sheet. Bake for 7 minutes or until toast is slightly toasted around edges.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each of the 4 slices of garlic toast.
  3. Top each piece of garlic toast with 6 slices of pepperoni.
  4. Then, top each piece of garlic toast with 1 slice of cheese.
  5. Add another layer of pepperoni and cheese to each piece of garlic toast.
  6. Spread 1 tablespoon of sauce on each of the remaining garlic toast pieces and place on top of the pepperoni and cheese.
  7. Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and drizzle lightly with olive oil. Heat each sandwich until the cheese is melted and the contents are hot.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy.
