- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg, beaten

- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed

Instructions
- Prepare the Meatballs:
- In a large bowl, mix breadcrumbs and milk. Let it sit for a few minutes until absorbed.
- Add ground meat, beaten egg, minced garlic, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Cook the Meatballs:
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove meatballs from the skillet and set aside.
- Prepare the Mashed Potatoes:
- In a large pot, cover potatoes with cold water and add a pinch of salt.
- Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
- Add milk and butter to the potatoes, then mash until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Assemble and Serve:
- Place a generous scoop of mashed potatoes on each plate.
- Top with meatballs.
- Drizzle with your choice of gravy or sauce.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.

- For extra flavor, consider adding herbs such as thyme or oregano to the meatball mixture.
- Ensure not to overmix the meatball mixture to keep them tender.
- For a creamier mash, you can replace half of the milk with cream.
