Description

A comforting and easy crockpot chicken dish served with flaky biscuits.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 10 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 biscuits

Instructions

  1. Arrange chicken in the base of the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl mix together chicken soup, milk, mixed vegetables, onion, and seasonings until well combined. Pour over the chicken.
  3. Cover the crockpot and cook over low for 3 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  4. Bake biscuits according to the package directions or your homemade recipe.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove and use forks to shred. Add back to the crockpot and mix to combine everything.
  6. Serve topped with biscuits.
