Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh strawberries (washed and fully dried)
- 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips (for drizzling)
- Optional: pink sprinkles, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, or edible glitter
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
- Holding by the stem, dip strawberries into the melted chocolate and gently twist to coat. Let excess drip off.
- Place on parchment and let sit.
- Melt white chocolate the same way. Use a spoon or piping bag to drizzle over cooled berries. Add sprinkles or toppings before the chocolate sets.
- Chill for 10–15 minutes to fully set before serving.
Notes
- Make sure the strawberries are completely dry before dipping to ensure the chocolate adheres properly.
