Ingredients

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries (washed and fully dried)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips
  • ½ cup white chocolate chips (for drizzling)
  • Optional: pink sprinkles, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, or edible glitter

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring between each until smooth.
  3. Holding by the stem, dip strawberries into the melted chocolate and gently twist to coat. Let excess drip off.
  4. Place on parchment and let sit.
  5. Melt white chocolate the same way. Use a spoon or piping bag to drizzle over cooled berries. Add sprinkles or toppings before the chocolate sets.
  6. Chill for 10–15 minutes to fully set before serving.
