Description

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash and dry the baby potatoes thoroughly, then slice them in half.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the halved potatoes, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through.
